01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ez999 platform, completing the registration process, performing an ez999 login, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ez999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other gaming restriction order that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.

ez999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where such proof is requested and not provided within the stipulated timeframe, ez999 reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money products on ez999, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one ez999 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current personal information during registration. ez999 is entitled to rely on the information provided and is not obligated to verify its accuracy independently, though verification may be requested at any time.
• Account Name: Your registered name must match the name on the identity documents you submit during KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered ez999 account.
• Contact Details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and mobile number on your account. ez999 uses these channels for security notifications, promotional communications (where consented), and account-related correspondence.
• KYC Verification: ez999 may require you to submit government-issued identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal processing being suspended.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ez999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. The following obligations apply:

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ez999 platform are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 across all supported payment channels, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your ez999 wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer timelines may vary subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ez999 account.
• Withdrawal Processing: ez999 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Additional verification may delay processing. ez999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. ez999 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your name will be rejected and returned. ez999 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

ez999 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, suspend deposits or withdrawals, or require additional verification at any time where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ez999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Eligibility: ez999 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers or who are subject to account restrictions may be excluded from promotions.

08 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ez999 — including cricket, PSL, sports, casino games, slots, and keno — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ez999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under sport-specific rules or where a palpable error has occurred.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez999 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one ez999 account, or accessing the platform using another player's account credentials.

• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith on deposits that have been wagered or otherwise utilised on the platform.
• Accessing ez999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your geographic location.

10 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ez999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the ez999 platform without express written authorisation from ez999.

Any unauthorised use of ez999 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ez999 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ez999 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ez999's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms
